As the summer sun shines down on the world of Medieval Dynasty, the game grows closer to its final release. With the next major update on the horizon, take a moment and soak in some of the game’s stunning scenery, towns and wildlife in the new IGN-exclusive gameplay trailer below.

Accompanying the new trailer, developers Render Cube have prepared a peek at the features and changes coming in the new update. Organized commerce is also coming to the world of Medieval Dynasty, with players able to establish their own villager-run stores and have them sell their goods to the world. Lastly, there’s some new animals sighted lurking in the wild, including the wily and predatory lynx. Protect your livestock (and your own hide) with the aid of the new wooden crossbow, the latest weapon in your village’s arsenal.

Later this summer at Gamescom, Render Cube will go in-depth on the new features planned for Medieval Dynasty, along with revealing the final release date.
